Do you realize that God is your source for everything in life? Well, the devil knows that too, and he wants to prevent you from connecting with God so that you can receive from Him. In Matthew 11 Jesus said "Come unto Me all ye that labor and I will give you rest." The devil knows that you can receive rest and other life victories by connecting with Jesus so he drops boulders in your path to prevent and distract you from getting to Jesus. He does this in a very sneaky way so that you don't even realize how he's operating in your life. Want to become more victorious in the things that are troubling you? Then, this is a message you need to hear.

Having wisdom is beneficial to all believers. It helps us ensure we use the knowledge we’ve received from God, in a way that is pleasing to Him and beneficial to others.

In light of last week's sermon on the dangers of searching for God, one of the things we discussed was that in order to not be deceived we must really know the Word of God. God's Word is alive! The more you expose yourself to it, the more it well reveal itself to you. Although God can also speak directly to your heart, you need to know His written Word so you can judge whether God is speaking to you or is the enemy trying to deceive you. God will not increase His love for you simply because you read the bible, His love is immeasurable. Reading the bible is for your benefit. However, without reading the bible you will not grow spiritually, and you may more easily be deceived. Do you really need the Word? Find out why it's so vital to your life today. There are a lot of people searching for answers and searching for God. Searching for God can be a dangerous thing if you don't know the Word of God and don't heed the Word of God. Now, don't fall off your chair and leave this website, I'll address this statement in today's sermon. Please don't misunderstand what I'm saying. It is fundamentally good to search for and seek God. God wants us to seek Him! But if we are not careful, we can run into dangers when searching for God. This is an important message for today's times, don't miss it!

God sets courses in our lives to get us to where He wants us to be. However, while God wants you to stay on His course, the devil wants to keep you off-course so that you can't be victorious in this life. The devil has subtle ways of doing this that keeps you off-course without you even realizing it. Don't let the devil get you off-course. At all costs, you must stay on God's course. Do you feel dissatisfied or unsettled with your life? Are you tired of just going to work, coming home, watching TV, going to bed, then getting up the next day and doing the same thing all over again? We all know that in an emergency we can call 911. Hopefully, we've also taught our children to call 911 in case of emergency in the home. Well, in the spiritual realm we also have an emergency number we can call. But, why would we need to know such a number? The reason is that many times emergencies and difficulties enter into our lives. What emergencies can present themselves and stand against us, and how do they get there, where do they come from? How do these issues of life present themselves as warfare against us and make it seem so impossible to cope. There's a reason for this and it's important that you know where to call in an emergency!

Most people never seize their moment because they are paralyzed by their own thinking and fears while waiting for a blessing or answer to prayer. It's time to seize your moment! It's time to let go of your excuses and take action to never miss your moment again. Have you convinced yourself that the abundant life Jesus came to bring is out of your reach? Have you developed an "if only" mentality, waiting for something or someone else to turn things around? It's time to step out in faith! It's time to seize your moment! Lift your prayer life to the next level and get closer in your walk with God. Miracles are waiting in the wings for you.

If you believe in evolution or reincarnation, there is no loving God in your life and there is no meaning for your life...no sense of victory over circumstances, and in some cases no hope. All of this depends on your thinking! We need to remind ourselves of what God tells us through His Word because His Word can govern our thinking. It's important to learn how to manage your thought processes and how you think. Your success in life as a Christian can depend on what you believe and how you think.

Stress, anxiety, and worry are all burdens. If we insist on carrying our burdens all the time, sooner or later, as the burden becomes increasingly heavy, we won't be able to carry on. So why are your still carrying that burden? It's time to give it up and today you can find out how!

How often do you actually call on God? You may say your prayers, but do you actually call out to God? There's a difference in praying to God and actually calling out to God for a solution to a problem or for guidance. What's the difference and how do you call on God? It's all here in today's message.

God directs our path in life through the closing and opening of doors. Once a door closes, it forces us to change our course and direction in life. Then, sometimes, another door closes and it forces us to change our course again. Then, finally, we recognize the right open door and walk through into our blessing. The challenge is to know how to recognize and understand the purpose of closed doors and open doors. Don't miss this important message!

Resurrection Sunday is the most important event on the Christian calendar. We all know the events of of the crucifixion and resurrection but what does it mean for us today? Do we really understand the "Why" or the purpose? Do we really understand the significance of the work of the Cross and what it means to us in the 21st century? Is it just a fascinating series of events, or is there some impact on my life today?

I hear so many people saying "Well, I prayed about it." when you ask them why they took a particular action or made a particular decision. They are quick to defend their decision by say this, but you realize that if they had prayed about it, and heard from God, they would not be in the tough position they are in. So how do we make decisions after we pray and are seeking to hear from God? Don't miss this message...you may have an upcoming decision to make and you need to make sure you are hearing from God.

With all the noise around us, we need to be able to tune into God’s voice for direction. There are many different voices trying to steer us away from God but His voice has some distinctions that help us to hear Him.

We read in the bible that there will be an unspeakable darkness and a great falling away in the last days before Jesus returns but most of us probably never thought we'd see the times unfolding right before our eyes. If you think this is bad, think about what kind of generation we will leave for our sons, daughters, and grandchildren without God's intervention. In a time when perversion is paraded and morality is degraded, the body of Christ should be prepared to bring a spiritual awakening back to our lives and the nation. Just as David did in his day, we have power with God to push back the darkness that wants to swallow us up personally and as a society.

Following Jesus is what we do as Christians. But how do you follow Him? Are you committed to following Him as closely as possible or are you one who follows Jesus at a distance? What's the difference and what does it mean to your life? If you have unanswered prayers or are waiting for an answer from God you need to understand what it means to follow Jesus.

God is calling us to worship and serve Him in spirit and in truth. We can no longer stand by and watch others serve God. Instead, we need to seek God and be willing to serve Him together in the body of Christ, just as God intended for us.

We have so much to praise God for, there's great power in giving honor to Him. The Bible is filled with examples of praise. We see God's power released, life-changing miracles, dramatic stories of the enemy being halted or defeated, hearts being changed and drawn closer to Him. However, the reality is that way too often, daily struggles or constant life demands can crowd out our praise to God. Sometimes it really is a sacrifice to offer praise. We may not feel like it. We’re struggling. We're weary. Or maybe, we feel like God let us down. Here’s what can make a lasting difference!! Understanding the Power of Praise! When we make that decision to fix our eyes on Him, and daily give Him praise, no matter what's staring us straight in the face, we suddenly realize that God has already begun to release the grip those struggles can have over us. We hear so much about climate change. Some buy into it, others don't. One things is for sure, there is climate change but not as the masses would understand it. There is a climate change - but the type of climate that is changing is spiritual! Things are changing right before our eyes and God's Word warned us about it!
