Many times we almost wish we knew the future concerning what God has in store for us, but God sternly warns us about trying to know things that are unknowable about our futures. Man has desired this knowledge for millennia but God warns against it. How then are we to know what's coming in our lives so that we are prepared to do God's will? Ever feel like a problem, or something you have to do, or something you are praying for just seems too big to be managed? Ever hear of a giant of a problem, or a Goliath of a problem? We all have giants in our lives. However, the question for today is: "Can you stand up to your giants with confidence?

God is going to do a new thing in your life for 2019! With God all things are possible. All of God's promise and blessings, and the "new thing", are yours for the taking. But you have a choice. You have a choice, and no one can thwart your destiny with God but you! Each of us has a choice. We have a choice on whether or not we say yes to Jesus. Asking Jesus to come into our heart is only the first step on a life-long journey of trusting Him and saying yes to all that He has for us. 2019 is a new season and we should go into it with much expectation and anticipation of things to come. With the new year we should consider how we want to go into this new season with the Lord. We don't need to take old baggage such as bad habits, weak faith, negative confessions into the new season. We Christians don't make "resolutions" because we cannot make meaningful change in our lives by ourselves...we need God! Let's start by making a COMMITMENT to God. Not a resolution, but a commitment. Many people are interested in God, attend church, say an occasional prayer when they're in trouble but, how many are really thirsty for God. We get thirsty for water because our physical bodies require water. Well, our spirit requires THE water that can only come from God. Are you thirsty?

God is Sovereign, and He can do what He wants in terms of speaking to us. He could speak to us in a loud, booming voice but when what He has to say is too important for us to miss, He often speaks in a whisper, just above the human threshold of hearing. If it's so important, why does He do this? What's His purpose? If He's speaking in a whisper, how do I hear Him? Going through trials is God’s way of shaping us to become what He wants us to be. If we can learn to embrace this process, we will be in a better position to manage the trial until victory comes.

God will sometimes lead us into places where we feel overwhelmed. However, in every case, one promise in particular was given to us by God: "I will be with you." Because of God's Promises and the work of Jesus Christ at the cross, we have been liberated and set free. The problem is that many times we forget about God's Promises when life's challenges present themselves in our lives. Don't be discouraged, whether it feels like it or not, you are free!! Did you ever wonder what your REAL purpose in life is? What is your ULTIMATE purpose in life? You may have had someone prophesy over you and told you where God is going to take you in life. You may feel you have heard from Holy Spirit and you know what role God wants you to play in His plan for your life, or others. However, you cannot, and will not be able to, fulfill God's plan unless you really understand your ULTIMATE purpose in life. Is there a difference between God's Plan for you and your ultimate purpose in life? You bet there is!! You really need to hear this message!

When we have faith, or strong belief in something, it means that we have an unyielding focus, a fixation on, and confidence in what our faith will bring to pass. When that faith is based in Jesus Christ, we are in essence drinking of "healthy" life-sustaining water. When that faith becomes poisoned, it steers us away from victory and life and leads us to defeat and death. What could be poisoning our faith and how can our faith become poisoned? Sometimes you are struggling and need a breakthrough. God will send a word to you that contains bondage-breaking power. Each and every revelation or insight that God gives you is important. I read that a Silverback Gorilla can lift 4,600 pounds. Could you carry that much weight? Of course not, you're not built that way. Oxen are referred to as beasts of burden. Could you carry the load of an ox? Of course not, you're not built that way! You're not built to carry burdens! But God is "built" to carry burdens and He wants to carry YOUR burdens. You can live a life free of burdens if you know how to give them to Him. Listen to this message to find out how.

Who am I? Why am I here? What is my identity? What is my purpose? In order to know the answers to these questions we must know what is God's will for our lives. Can you trust God when He's telling you to do something that doesn't seem to make sense? You need answers or solutions to a problem, challenge, or decision that you may be dealing with right now, and the Word of God is telling you what to do, but you don't see the connection...it doesn't make sense. Do you have an open prayer out there? Is there something that you are hoping for? Do you dare to imagine that what God said He will do for you is true and real? Because of our busy lives, it is easy to become complacent and take the things of God for granted. We get up in the morning...no time to pray, we eat lunch...and don't bless our food, we come home from work...and don't have time to pray or read our bibles. We find ourselves doing things we shouldn't be doing and make excuses for why it is ok to do it. This is how "The Sneak" sneaks in. "The Sneak" has an objective...to get into your life without you realizing it. The biggest disadvantage you have is not being aware of The Sneak. Listen to this message so you are not caught unawares!

You've heard the expression, "Seeing is believing". In other words, you won't believe it unless you can see it. This means you require some proof before you can believe the existence of something. However, for us Christians, the saying should be "Believing Is Seeing". Believing without having objective "proof", especially regarding the things of God, enables us to "see" or benefit from the things of God. Sometimes, going by "seeing is believing" can prevent you from ever seeing the things you are praying and waiting for. Don't miss this message, it could show you where you are missing a blessing.
