Her grandfather opened one of Guam’s oldest restaurants – Kinney’s Café – in 1947, which survived into this decade. She currently is the CEO/Administrator of the Guam Economic Development Authority, works at Farm to Table Guam as the project Director and is a doctoral student at Kansas State University.
