Rei Lemashov is a Practice Management Consultant for a regional wealth advisory firm. He works with financial advisors to maximize productivity, leverage technology, and uncover new business opportunities. When he first entered the financial services industry, Rei was living as a woman. At 25, he came out as a transgender man and underwent medical gender confirmation.
