In 1998 the first Marvel movie to make it to the big screen was BLADE! Starring Wesley Snipes as the half human, half vampire - it was the first step to getting Marvel into the theaters and out of the direct to video bins. Blade paved the way for X-Men, Spider-Man and inevitably the Marvel Cinematic Universe. All it took was garlic and silver nitrate bullets.Our friend Matt Richey has never seen it.
