Imaginations, in scriptural terms, is referring to those thoughts or things that we dwell on that eventually get us into trouble. An example could be that piece of bad news that comes to you and you end up dwelling on it, and anxiety and fear comes in to make your life miserable. Well, God's Word tells us how to deal with those thoughts, or imaginations, that are counter to the Word of God. This is valuable information concerning a part of our lives that we all experience, because God wants you to know how to be victorious and remain free from destructive imaginations.
