Here in Oregon we live in the Willamette Valley which provides a fairly moderate climate, and a booming agricultural industry. In the natural, or physical, realm, living in a valley can be quite pleasant. However, when we are living in a spiritual valley it is not so pleasant because it is associated with those times when we are struggling with a problem or looking for answers to a difficult situation.
