As in the natural where we have to prepare for getting physically fit, so it is in the spiritual realm. God is telling us that it's time to get ready because we wrestle not against flesh and blood. We must make a conscious decision to follow God's word and instructions, so that we will be spiritually fit to become victorious and win in the challenges of life.
