Interviewing rising 3L at Columbia Law School, Beneel, about his experience at CLS thus far. Ben is a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar (merit-based accolade) and Butler Fellow (merit-based scholarship.) He is also a Notes Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and the Arts, a student lawyer for the "Challenging the Consequences of Mass Incarceration" Clinic, a caseworker for IRAP ("International Refugee Assistance Project,") a teacher's assistant for Tort's Law, as well as president of both Columbia's Middle Eastern Law Students Association and Columbia's California Society.
