1888: The Sounds The Stories

A live recording of The Sounds, The Stories with Nasi Nassiri. Nasi is a singer-songwriter of Iranian descent, born and raised in Germany. Fusing sounds of neo-soul, pop, R&B, and jazz, Nasi’s sound is all her own. With a strong presence in the Los Angeles and Orange County music scenes, she has performed at venues across Southern California, including The Mint, Bar Lubitsch, and has opened for artists like the Grammy-nominated Hot 8 Brass Band and Latin-Soul artist Alex Cuba. In July 2017 Nasi wrote and performed on a track with the legendary rapper Bizzy Bone from the Grammy Award Winning rap group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. The single is set to be released by December 2017. In 2015, she also wrote and performed on the track “Endlessly” by renowned producer Excel Beats (Ne-Yo, Usher, Lady Gaga, Bone Thugs).
