The Deeply, Deeply disturbed Irwin Schwabb dons an extra terrestrial suit and wreaks havoc across the DC Universe as the infamous Ambush Bug. A character that frequently breaks the fourth wall and gladly gives you a lesson in comic book history, Ambush Bug is a must read comic for new and experienced readers alike. I'm not sure exactly how the peices all fell together for Keith Giffen, but they did in creating such a beautiful and interesting character. There is certainly something new and interesting for every listener in this solo episode. Todd the Ugliest Kid on Earth from Image Comics is one of the most original books I've read in ages! This week I am lucky enough to be joined by writer and co-creator of Todd, Ken Kristensen to discuss the character in detail. This boy with a heart of gold, but a face so ugly that he has to cover it with a brown paper bag, has been to prison and come between Charlie Rose (from PBS) and his pact with the Devil.
